Please feel free to ask questions as this will be a new family member for you for hopefully the next 14 plus years
Tell us as much as you can about what you want in a pup. sex, color. potential size, etc. As temperament is first and foremost here you could reach into a litter blindfolded and get a good pup. however, there may be minor differences in pups that might mean one could be better at playing fetch or being a service dog. we do temperament testing in addition to watching emerging personalities to help advise which pup may be the best match for your family.
we ask a $200 fee to be on the waiting list and that is applied to the pups price. please be sure you want to add a new family member and the whole family is on board with it. these are living loving beings. not just a present for under the tree.
note deposits for pup on the ground or waiting list for future pup are non refundable should you change your mind. we realize things happen in life and will usually work with you on rolling your deposit over to a later pup or another litter.
If you want to put a deposit on a current pup - speak with us to be sure that pup is available although I try to keep the site up to date a certain pup may have just been spoken for. I will put you as pending funds immediately for your pup so no one else can speak for that pup giving you a chance to get funds in the works. That amount may vary by age of pup and total cost beyond the basic waiting list fee. Note deposits are non refundable should you change your mind once we have pulled a pup off the market for you. Paypal is preferred for initial deposit as it is almost instant thus . We send you an invoice to simplify the process for you. If you don't have access to paypal ( it is very easy to set up and allows use of a credit card ) we can walk you through other options. When you pay we get these notifications pretty much immediately and your pup or place on the waiting list is secured. I do try to keep pups available pages current.
Once you are down for a certain pup - by 4 weeks old we do require you be a half down on your pups price. we only accept post office money orders as the safest most secure money order out there since my bank puts a 3 - 4 week hold on checks ( even bank certified checks ) and any other type of money order. They told me bank of American money orders were more likely to be fraudulent than any other - scary thought... any other type of payment sent may be returned and could result in your forfeiting your pup. sorry to be that way but we've been 'burnt' with bad money orders.
no one wants to mess with the postal inspectors.
https://www.usps.com/shop/money-orders.htm If you decide you don't want the pup past the 4 weeks payment point all monies are forfeit. under certain circumstances we may negotiate / allow all or a portion to be applied to another pup at a later date.
Cash when you come for your pup for the balance please. unfortunately a few bad apples have ruined it for everyone. I still have over 5 grand in bad checks sitting in my file cabinet.
ask for a paypal invoice for initial payment or other methods of payment
Shipping- your pup and the airlines NOTE during this pandemic the airlines have gotten crazy so please see our transport section and options on our FAQ page as folks are still getting their pups and actually less expensive than the airlines delivered by individual drivers
please be aware of temperature restrictions for the safety of your pup. if it is below 20 degrees or over 80 degrees at arrival time we'll need to watch the weather and catch an opening. this can be a few days to not going to happen for a month plus for desert areas. we do our best to get the shortest flight and not bare bones cargo. we will meet folks at the airport at a small fee for those wanting to fly in as your pup as carry on with you will remove the temperature restriction. you will need a soft side carrier that can fit under the seat in front of you so please be sure when you book your flight you let them know you plans. be sure to inquire about additional cost if any for exchanging one of your carry-on for the pups carrier. some airlines may charge for this 'privilege'. additionally find out of they require a health certificate for pup as carry on. shipping separate does require the certificate although folks we have met say they have not been required to have that. obviously this will not apply to an older larger pup, while you can fly with them they would have to go in the special acclimated hold and you'll need to check on temperature restrictions for that. you are of course welcome to come to the farm.
